Cheesy Dorito Chicken Casserole

3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
15 oz bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
1 cup sour cream
2 (10 oz) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz) can Rotel, drained
1 (15 oz) can corn, drained
1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 cups cheddar
optional toppings: sliced jalapenos, chopped onion, black olives, salsa, fresh chopped cilantro

Crush the chips and place half in a sprayed 9×13 baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, condensed soup, rotel, corn, black beans, taco seasoning and 1 cup of cheese.
Add the chicken and stir until well combined.
Spread the mixture over the chips. Top with remaining chips and cheese.
Bake at 350, uncovered 25-30 minutes until heating through. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
Add toppings as you like.
