Breakfast Sliders

12 dinner rolls or Hawaiian sweet rolls
9 eggs beaten with a little milk
1 lb breakfast sausage
2 tbsp maple syrup
6 slices white cheddar cheese
6 strips cooked bacon
3 oz baby spinach
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp black pepper

Add any breakfast meat, cheese and/or veggies to this recipe.
Keep rolls together and slice horizontally. Place bottom portion of rolls in a 9×13 baking dish. Brown sausage, drain grease and mix in 2 tbsp syrup. Set aside. Scramble eggs until soft done. Spread eggs over rolls. Top eggs with sausage. Next lay cheese slices evenly over the sausage. Place bacon pieces over cheese. Add the spinach and place top of buns over everything. Mix together melted butter, parsley and black pepper. Brush butter mixture over tops of buns. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes.
