Chicken Cordon Bleu Bake

1 package (6 oz) stuffing mix (like Stove Top)
1/2 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 rotisserie chicken, skin and bones removed, cut or shredded into bite size pieces
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 pound sliced deli ham, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Meanwhile, whisk together soup and milk. Toss chicken with pepper, place in greased 13×9-in. baking dish. Layer with ham, Swiss cheese, 1 cup cheddar cheese, soup mixture and stuffing. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake, covered, 30 minutes. Uncover; bake until cheese is melted, 10-15 minutes.
