2 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-2 inch pieces
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine
juice of one lemon
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste
5.3 ounce contain plain Greek yogurt
Blend marinade ingredients, except yogurt, in blender. Then stir in the yogurt until well blended. Place chicken in large baggie and coat with marinade. Refrigerate at least an hour or up to 24 hours. Place chicken on skewers and grill on medium high heat, rotating until done. Serve with rice, favorite veggie and Tzatziki sauce.
