6 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
cooking spray
16oz biscuit dough,(2 cans) refrigerated
2eggs
¼cup skim milk
½tsp salt
½tsp ground black pepper
2cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Place the bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally for about 5 minutes, until evenly browned. Drain on paper towels. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a fluted tube pan (such as Bundt®) with cooking spray, making sure to thoroughly coat the bottom and sides. Open the cans of biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 6 small pieces. Beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Dunk the biscuit pieces into the egg mixture and layer into the fluted tube pan. Top each layer with a sprinkle of bacon and cheddar cheese. Pour any remaining egg mixture over the dough. Spray the top generously with cooking spray. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes until the top is browned. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes until the cheddar cheese is set and the pan is easily handled. Invert onto a plate.
