Panama Pork Stew

16 ounces sweet potatoes (two potatoes, peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces)
1 package (10 ounce) frozen corn
1 package (10 ounce) frozen cut green beans
1 cup chopped yellow onion
1 1/2 pounds boneless pork loin (stewing pork meat, cut into 1 inch cubes, I used boneless pork loin)
1 can (14 1/2 ounce) diced tomatoes (undrained)
2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp coriander
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup chicken broth

Combine undrained tomatoes, broth, chili powder and coriander in a bowl, set aside. In bottom of slow cooker place potatoes, corn and onion. Pour tomato mixture over veggies then top with cubed pork. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder over pork. Cook on low 8 hours. With 1 hour left in cooking, stir in green beans.
