Easy Overnight Oats

1/2 cup rolled old fashioned oats (do not recommend using instant oats)
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup non-fat, plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Place all ingredients in glass container (8 oz Mason jar is perfect) and mix until well combined. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. From here you can add whatever you like ripe mashed banana, finely chopped apples, raisins, nuts etc. You can thin with a little more milk if too thick. Uncover and enjoy as is or add additional toppings.
