1 graham cracker pie shell prepared
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon lime zest (plus extra for garnishing)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Beat cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Add lime juice, zest and sugar and mix well. Pour into pie shell, sprinkle with little more zest. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
