1 cup finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup powdered sugar
6 tbsp melted butter
12 regular-sized marshmallows
2 regular sized Hershey’s Chocolate Bars, divided into 24 pieces
Combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and butter. Grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan. Place about a tablespoon of graham cracker mixture in each cup. Gently press with fingers to make cups. Bake at 350 about 5 minutes until golden brown. Cut each marshmallow in half and place, cut side down, in graham cracker cups. Broil 1-2 minutes…..watch closely, they can burn fast. Top each marshmallow with a piece of chocolate. Let sit 15 minutes, carefully remove with a butter knife and enjoy!
