6 slices of bread
6 tablespoons pizza sauce
mozzarella cheese
mini pepperoni
chopped fresh parsley (if desired)
Place bread on baking sheet, bake at 400-degrees about 5 minutes until bread starts to brown slightly. Remove from oven, flip each slice over. Spread one tablespoon of sauce evenly on each slice of bread. Sprinkle desired amount of cheese and top with desired amount of pepperoni. Bake another 6-8 minutes until cheese has melted. Sprinkle with parsley if desired….YUMMY and fun!!! Not only is this a yummy treat but it is also a fun activity for the kids!!
