4 large thinly sliced chicken breasts
salt, black pepper and garlic powder to taste
asparagus spears, trimmed – divided
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
4 tsp mayonnaise
1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides of chicken. Lay 4-5 asparagus spears across middle of each chicken breast. Sprinkle each chicken w 1/4 cup mozzarella. roll the chicken around the asparagus and cheese to make a compact roll. Spread mayo over each chicken roll and then sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees.
