1-1 1/2 lb white fish…I used Orange Roughy, Cod would work well
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups broccoli slaw
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
3 tbsp mayo
juice from one small lime
Mexican blend cheese-shredded

Dry fish with paper towel and mix spices together in small bowl. Sprinkle spices and rub over both sides of fish and bake about 10 minutes in 425 degree oven. Break fish into small pieces. toss together broccoli slaw, onion and cilantro. In small bowl mix mayo, lime juice and salt & pepper to taste then pour over broccoli slaw. Mix well. Refrigerate for a few minutes. Heat tortillas in small pan about a minute per side. Place several fish pieces on tortillas, sprinkle with a little cheese, top with slaw.
