Ham, Egg and Cheese Brunch Casserole

10 eggs beaten
1 & 1/2 cups milk
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1 tsp garlic powder
salt
pepper
4 cups cubed french bread
3/4 pound deli ham, cut into 1 inch squares
1 1/2 cups white cheddar cheese, shredded
3 green onions, thinly sliced

Combine eggs, milk, mustard, thyme, garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix well. Grease a 9×13 baking dish and spread out bread cubes then top with ham and cheddar. Pour egg mixture evenly on top it. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350. Garnish with green onions. (it will still come out yummy if you do not refrigerate overnight).
