1 loaf of sliced Party Rye (in the Bakery department)
1lb Ground beef
2 Mild(sweet) Italian Sausage
1 Hot Italian Sausage (both found at meat counter)
8 oz of Velveeta Cheese
8 oz shredded Colby Jack
Cook beef and sausage (remove from casing and crumble Italian sausage). Drain sausage and ground beef and place in a mixing bowl…. add velveeta (Cubed) and the shredded Colby Jack. Stir until mixed then chill 1 hour to overnight. Place party rye flat on a baking sheet (spray surface first). Using a large tablespoon or small serving spoon “plop” mixture onto party rye. Bake for 25 min at 350 degrees.
