1-container cream cheese (softened)
1-container garden veggie cream cheese (softened)
8-oz shredded cheddar cheese, divided
3 green onions, thinly sliced (save 1 base for “stem” of jack-lantern)
1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
1-cup chopped pepperoni
1/2 envelope dry ranch dressing
Beat cream cheeses then stir in dry ranch, add 1 & 1/4 cups cheddar, onion, pepper and pepperoni. Mix well and refrigerate 1 hour. Then form into a ball and roll in remaining cheddar. Make jack-o-lantern face by cutting a few pepperonis into triangle shapes. Push onto cheese ball to make jack-o-lantern face then make “stem” with a piece of green onion. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight, serve with your favorite crackers.
