Dick & Dave’s “Breaking and Entering” Chrismas

Q99 and Roanoke Valley Community Credit Union present, Dick & Dave’s Breaking & Entering Christmas.  With the help of the United Way Of Roanoke Valley, we will adopt a family in need and give them a full on Christmas!  With the help of Q99 listeners, we will stop by their home one morning before Christmas with gifts, clothes, necessities, food, decorations and more! A very special thank you to Grand Home Furnishings for helping with an AWESOME surprise this year!

Here is the family’s Story:

This extraordinary couple will touch your hearts!

They are engaged to be married and raise 5 kids! “Kay” is a Medical Assistant and is taking care of her 15 year old sister and her 13 year old brother who are living with them. Kay’s Grandmother, who pretty much raised her (Mother figure) recently passed away.

“Mark” volunteers as a AAU Football coach and has been doing so for the last 6 years. His oldest son just joined the team this season. Mark is a CNA. Kay and Mark have 3 children under the age of 6 and they also take care of their 7 year old niece (she doesn’t live with them)
