4-chicken breasts
1-can cream of chicken soup
1/2-lb baby carrots
1-head broccoli, cut into small pieces
1-tsp garlic powder
1-tsp onion powder
1-tsp lemon pepper
1-tsp dried Italian seasoning
salt to taste
1-cup milk
3-cups cooked rice
2-cups shredded cheddar
In crock pot, add soup and spices…mix well. Add chicken, coating with soup mixture. Top with carrots and broccoli. Cook on high 4 hours or low 8 hours. Remove chicken and shred. Stir in milk, rice and cheese. Return shredded chicken to crock pot and stir to combine everything. Cook on high another 30 minutes.
