1-16 oz jar salsa
1-envelope cry taco seasoning (reduced sodium)
5-tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
4-boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Put salsa, taco seasoning, lime juice and cilantro in slow cooker, mix well. add chicken breasts and coat with salsa mixture. cook on high 4 hours. shred chicken with forks. Can be used many different ways, tacos with a salad, over rice with black beans and cheese.
