1 Rotisserie Chicken, de-boned, meat shredded or chopped
1/2 jar Caesar dressing, from refrigerated section
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
black pepper to taste
romaine lettuce leaves
red onion, thinly slice
8-inch flour tortillas
mix chicken with dressing and cheese, stir well to incorporate. if mixture is too dry, add more dressing, refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
on one tortilla lay out a romaine leaf, top with couple of tablespoons of chicken mixture, top with more cheese and some onion slices….roll tightly. repeat with remaining chicken mixture.
