Philly Cheese Steak Sloppy Joes

2 lb ground beef

2 tbsp butter

1 large onion, diced

1 large green pepper, diced

4 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

salt & pepper to taste

1/3 banana peppers,

2 tbsp corn starch

1 can beef brother

8 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese

8 ounces sliced provolone cheese

your favorite type of bun

In a hot skillet, add ground beef…..do not break meat apart initially….give it a good browning until you get a deep brown crust. turn meat over and repeat. now break up the meat and cook about halfway through. Remove from pan and reserve, Drain fat and add butter, onion and pepper. Let brown before stirring, let brown more then add meat back to pan, mix meat and veggies together and finish cooking meat Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Heat through, stir in chopped banana peppers. In a bowl, whisk cornstarch into beef broth. Pour beef broth mixture over meat/veggie mixture, stir well, bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer until liquid is reduced by 75%. Stir in shredded Monterrey jack cheese. put mixture on bun and top with a slice of provolone. YUM!
