Fiesta Salad

20 oz. frozen peas
10 oz. frozen whole corn
15 – 20 oz. can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup mayo
3 tbs. red wine vinegar
1 ¾ tsp. sugar
1 ½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (optional)

Cook peas and corn as label directs (separately). Drain well. Do not add salt. Let cool. Mix dressing ingredients. Add all vegetables. Chill and serve.
