Jack-O-Lantern Stuffed Bell Peppers

4-6 bell peppers (depends on their size)
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 cup cooked rice
1-16 oz can tomato sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Cut tops off of peppers and remove seeds and membranes. Carefully cut jack-o-lantern faces into peppers, arrange in an 8×8 pan..
Brown ground beef with onions, drain….stir in remaining ingredients and heat through. spoon in to peppers, top with pepper lid. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
