Cooked ham-sliced to about ¼ inch thick
Creamy Gorgonazola or Blue Cheese
Pepperhouse Gourmaise (Boar’s Head)
Sourdough Bread (thin sliced)
Lightly toast the bread on one side in a toaster or broiler oven. Remove and cool. Place on a baking sheet with the toasted side down. Place a small amount of the Gourmaise on the bread. Then add ham and top with cheese. Place in the broil oven and toast until cheese melts. Snack can be served warm or cooled.
