Turkey and Cream Cheese Pinwheels
4 pieces Flatout Original Flatbread (found in bakery section-you could use tortillas, but the flatbread is rectangular and makes the ends better)
whipped cream cheese
8 slices deli turkey
then veggies/cheese of your choice, I used:
Spread cream cheese all over one side of flatbread. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Add 2 slices of turkey covering 2/3 over flatbread. In middle of the flatbread add cheese and veggies on top of turkey. Roll up starting on the meat side. The cream cheese on the other side acts as “glue” to keep the roll up secure. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Cut wraps into 1-inch slices. Looks great and tastes yummy.
