Double Decker Red Velvet Cupcakes w Cream Cheese/Marshmallow Fluff Icing and Fresh Strawberries

1-box Red Velvet Cake mix
2-8 ounce blocks cream cheese, room temperature
1-7 ounce jar marshmallow fluff
1 tsp vanilla
1 small tub cool whip
fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
Bake cupcakes per cake mix box, let cool, cut cupcakes in half horizontally.  In mixing bowl whip cream cheese with mixer until light and fluffy, add fluff and vanilla, mix well.  Fold in cool whip until well incorporated.
Ice bottom half of cupcakes, add sliced strawberries.  Add a small amount of icing to bottom to the TOP half of cupcake, place on the bottom half of cupcake.  Finally, ice top part of the cupcake and finish with more fresh strawberry slices.
