2 lb boneless chicken breasts
1 cup orange soda pop
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup orange marmalade
2 cups fresh broccoli florets, cut into bit sized pieces
Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder…place in crock pot. Pour soda and vinegar over chicken. Spread marmalade over chicken. Cover and cook on low 5 hours (or high 2 1/2 hours), halfway through cooking time place broccoli on top of chicken, cover and continue cooking. Shred chicken and stir to mix everything up. Serve over rice.
