1 box Club Cracker- (I use Kroger multi-grain club cracker)
½ Tsp Brown Sugar
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Arrange the crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet. Cut you bacon strip into four pieces. Top each cracker with a piece of bacon. Sprinkle each piece of bacon with brown sugar (1/2 tsp or so). Bake for 45 min to 1 hour until bacon is done. Allow to cool slightly before removing from pan. Serve warm. These can be stored in the refrigerator and heated before serving. I think they are better if made a day or so ahead of time. They can also be made and frozen and reheated when ready. I realize the combination sounds odd but these are so good.
