Q99'S PUMPKINFEST - The 12th Annual Q99 Pumpkinfest was Saturday, October 29th at the Salem Farmer's Market and alot of people attended this family fun event in spite of the weather. There was hayrides, inflatable rides, carnival games, sand art, face painting, pumpkin painting, a bake sale, a live pumpkin auction courtesy of our area chefs and surgeons, refreshments, balloon art, trick or treat bags filled with candy from Kroger, pumpkins courtesy of Kroger and a Kid's costume contest sponsored by Tennessee Pride Real Country Sausage. This year's Pumpkinfest was sponsored by Kroger, Honeytree Early Learning Center, Tennessee Pride Real Country Sausage and Salem Parks and Recreation. Q99/AMRHEIN'S SECOND CHANCE PROM - Q99/Amrhein's Second Chance Prom was Saturday, October 15th at the Hotel Roanoke from 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Dick Daniels hosted the evening's festivities and the music was provided by Sleeping Booty and special guests, The Kings. There was a dance contest and we crowned our King & Queen. Q99'S DRIVING FOR MDA - Q99's "Driving For MDA" with Stop In Food Stores and First Team Auto Mall is now over! Dick Daniels & David Page took turns hitting all 99 golf balls at Hanging Rock Golf Club on Hole #6, Wednesday, August 31st. They did not get a hole-in-one and the 2012 Passat from First Team Auto Mall was not given away; however, the guys still put three balls close to the hole and gave three winners some fanastic prizes. Q99 MEETS MINI DARTH VADER - Max Page (David Page's Nephew), better known as Mini Darth Vader came to the Salem Red Sox Game on Friday, August 19 and to our live broadcast at First Team Auto Mall on Saturday, August 20th. Check out the video and the pictures!

Q99'S PACK THE BUS - Q99's Pack The Bus was August 8-12, 2011 and 23 school districts brought buses to 14 different Walmarts in 5 days so that we could pack them full of school supplies for the kids in our area. Check out the pictures and find out how we did this year!

DICK & DAVE'S CARE FOR KIDS RADIOTHON - The Radiothon took place on March 4th & 5th and was filled with two special days of miracles involving local children in the hospital. Dick & Dave remained on the air for about 23 hours in two days trying to raise money for the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Check out how they did and see the pictures!

THE BIG GAME CLICK OFF - Saturday, February 5th at Virginia Furniture Market on Route 220, was once again the site of the Big Game Click Off. Dick & Dave of the Breakfast Club gave away the ultimate "Big Game Party Package" Click here for details!
