The 2015 Roanoke Times Dickens of a Christmas continues in downtown Roanoke starting at 6:00 PM this Friday, December 18th. The main event is the SPCA's Pet Costume Contest & Coca Cola Snow Zone starting at 6:30 PM in the Wells Fargo Plaza. Dick Daniels & David Page will host the Pet Costume Contest. All judging and awards of prizes will occur on Salem Avenue. The Q99 Cafe' will be set up from 5:30-10:00 PM on Wall Street with Q-Bear.
