Italian Hoagie Dip

1/4 pound pepperoni, diced small
1/4 lb Genoa salami, diced small
1/4 pound deli ham, diced small
8 thick slice provolone, diced small
1/2 cup finely diced red onion
1/2 cup banana peppers, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayo
1 tbsp dry Italian seasoning
black pepper to taste
3-4 cups romaine lettuce, finely chopped

In large bowl, combine meats, cheese, onions and banana peppers….stir well. Add mayo, Italian seasoning and pepper….stir well. refrigerate at least an hour. Prior to serving, stir in romaine. serve with Melba crackers, your favorite crusty bread or pita chips.
