Corned Beef, Cabbage and Potato Pizza

Extra-virgin olive oil
3 cups chopped green cabbage
Kosher salt
black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
half package fresh potatoes, shredded (like for hash browns)
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup shredded Monterrey jack cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
6 ounces sliced corned beef, coarsely chopped
1 pre-made pizza crust

In large frying pan, heat couple tbsp of olive oil…add chopped cabbage, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook stirring often, after about 5 minutes, add 1 tbsp butter and Worcestershire, continue cooking until cabbage is tender, set aside. While cabbage cooks, toss potatoes with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a little olive oil…spread out on baking sheet, bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes. Put pizza crust on baking sheet, drizzle with olive olive oil. Spread out cheeses, corned beef, cabbage and potatoes….bake 15 minutes at 500 degrees. If you want to make it like a Reuben, drizzle with thousand island dressing before serving.
