Beet/Three Bean/Pasta Salad

1-1/2 cup of cooked spiral pasta
½ cup cheese tortellini pasta cooked according to package
1 15 oz. can of shoestring Beets completely drained
1 16 oz can of “Hanover Three Bean Salad” – do not drain this has a sweet and tangy sauce
½ cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 bottle 8 oz bottle Maple Grove Farms – Wasabi Dijon Dressing – (or your favorite Italian Dressing can be used)
Optimal items to add: Chickpeas and/or Sliced canned mushrooms
½ cup of grated Parmesan Cheese added before serving.

Cook pastas according to their package directions and drain (I use the tri-colored spiral vegetable pasta makes it a colorful dish.) Add un-drained can of “Hanover Three bean Salad”, drained shoestring beets. Add dressing and Apple Cider vinegar. Bend well. I top with ½ cup of grated Parmesan Cheese before serving. Chill before serving.
